Step-by-step workflow
Start or extend a trial
An authorized platform operator records the duration and reason. Trial history stays attached to the organization, not only its current owner.
Apply an upgrade
An authorized upgrade changes the effective catalogue and recalculates usage without copying, moving, or recreating customer data.
Schedule a downgrade
The current Pro plan remains effective until the future date. The organization can review impact and request cancellation beforehand.
Handle expiration or restriction
Existing data remains visible and exportable. Essential care continues; only unavailable or over-limit creation paths are restricted.
Expected result
The organization can see why access exists, when it changes, and what remains available afterward.
Safety boundaries
- Beta 85 does not accept payments.
- Trials use server time and immutable event history.
- Repeated free-trial or multi-account abuse may be flagged for review.
- Commercial suspension, authentication suspension, organization suspension, and membership suspension are separate controls.
Troubleshooting
The trial ended but data is still present
This is correct. PMA preserves customer data and changes only the permitted capabilities and usage-increasing actions.
The scheduled plan has not applied
Confirm the effective timestamp and refresh commercial state. During beta, final changes may require platform review.
